It is my great honor and privilege to welcome you to the 17th ThaiSMISST Annual Meeting 2026, organized by the Thai Society of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery and Technologies (ThaiSMISST). The main scientific sessions will be held on September 25–26, 2026 (Friday–Saturday) at Novotel Marina Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand, located at 339 Jerm Jom Phon Road, Sriracha 20110. The cadaveric workshop will take place on September 23–24, 2026 (Wednesday–Thursday) at Chakri Naruebodindra Medical Institute (CNMI), providing an intensive hands-on experience designed to elevate surgical precision and confidence.

Endoscopic spine surgery is no longer simply an emerging technique — it is redefining the standard of modern spine care. By minimizing tissue disruption while preserving surgical accuracy, it allows patients to recover faster, return to function earlier, and regain quality of life with greater safety and efficiency. As spine surgeons, our responsibility is not only to adopt innovation, but to advance it with scientific integrity, technical mastery, and collaborative spirit.

ThaiSMISST remains firmly committed to driving the future of minimally invasive spine surgery through evidence-based practice, continuous refinement of technique, and strong international partnership.
